Important Notices

As reported by the media, an accident occurred on May 5 during another company's rafting tour. After that, all rafting tours were cancelled according to an official request from Outdoor Joint Association Minakami. Canyons resumed our rafting tours once allowed on May 13.

Prior to restarting all rafting tours again, the different companies who work on Tone River gathered to conduct a river survey, confirming it was safe to run trips again. Objects that could become obstacles when the water rises were also removed.

In accordance with Outdoor Joint Association Minakami's official request, we will refrain from operating in the Tonegawa Suwakyo area (Sasafuebashi-Choshibashi) where the accident occurred. Our tours will operate upstream or downstream from the Suwakyo area.

We will continue to adhere to the highest safety standards, making sure you can enjoy your rafting trip with true peace of mind.

We are extremely grateful to our customers for continuing to participate in our tours. We are also indebted to our other business partners for their continued support.

Thank you,

CEO Mike Harris
