Winter is coming...
Things are feeling more positive as we creep into November, with nearly 70% of Japanese residents being fully vaccinated, easing social restrictions and fresh snow on the peaks of Gunma and Niigata.
Mount Fuji experienced the first snow of the season at the very early date of 7th September, with Niseko following a short while later on 17th October.
However, the important date for Gunma and Niigata residents was the 18th of October, when temperatures plummeted overnight and dusted Kagura, Naeba, and Tenjin ski resorts with a picturesque snowfall.
It is definitely too early to get our hopes up for the amount of snow we experienced last year. However, we have our fingers crossed and so should you!
So that we give everyone the opportunity to be fully prepared for a snowy winter, we wanted to let you know that our winter bookings are officially OPEN!
Join us this season in Nozawa, Yuzawa, Minakami, or Myoko - whether it is your first time trying skiing or snowboarding or you wish to develop your riding and achieve something new! We have lessons to suit all ages and abilities.
