JAPAN KIDS CAMP

Canyons has over 20 year of experience in Japan providing world-class programmes throughout the four seasons.

Located in the idyllic town of Minakami, Gunma, on our Kids Camp, you will experience the great outdoors, meet new friends and simply have the best school holidays of your life!

1.  Our instructors hold International Qualifications and average 5 seasons + sharing their passion for the outdoors.

2. Our main staff are employed for the full year to ensure high-quality standards of the activities we offer.

3. Safety is our priority. All our staff undertake training before the start of each season. The training includes a first aid refresher course, fire safety and child protection awareness.

4. Small group sizes.  

5. We own our own accommodation and restaurant so everything is set up to custom cater for groups;  dietary needs, quality rental equipment and evening activities.

6. Covid-19 protocol based on regulations, guidelines and best practices from:

   Swiss Outdoor Association, International Canyoning Association, American Camp Association, Minakami Outdoor

   Association, Japan Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and Gunma Prefecture.
