Canyons Winter Camp offers a lively and enthusiastic approach to skiing and snowboarding camps in Japan. We are ready to make your winter sleepaway camp the best camp it can be.

Alongside our full-day ski and snowboard lessons, Canyons offers a fully tailored program of evening activities to meet the requirements of the campers.

The Canyons difference!

1.  Our instructors hold NZSIA Level  1-3 certification or equivalent and average 10 seasons + sharing their passion for snowsports. From total beginners to experts, we will help improve camper's style and skills in a fun and supportive environment.

2. Group sizes will have a ratio of no more than 5:1  and will be paired with other children of the same ability level.  

3. We own our own accommodation and cafe so everything is set up to custom cater for groups;  dietary needs, quality rental equipment, and evening activities.

4. 25 resorts within 45 mins! We are spoiled for choice, from Hodaigi (15 mins), one of Japan's best beginner resorts to Kagura (40mins), one of the largest resorts. We customize each day to the progression of the groups. 

5. Easy access!  Only 72 mins on the bullet train from Tokyo to our nearest station.
