NASPA Ski Garden is a resort exclusive to skiing. Located adjacent to The NASPA New Otani Hotel, which offers 5 Star Ski-in-ski-out accommodation, this is the perfect location for your family holiday.

The resort offers great terrain for beginners and more challenging terrain for advanced skiers.

CAUTION: Snowboarding at NASPA Ski Garden is prohibited, if you would like try snowboarding please consider the nearby GALA or other Yuzawa resorts. Contact our team to discuss options for snowboarding in Yuzawa.

*Note: Your lesson request will be checked by a member of our team and a payment invoice sent via email if the lesson is available. We require full payment to confirm your instructor and requested lesson time slot. Our office hours are between 08:30-17:00, if you make a request after 17:00 you will be contacted the following day.

Available: Every day; for all ability levels (Levels 1 - 6) * SKI ONLY

Start times: Vary depending on lesson length 09:00, 10:00, 11:00, 13:00, 14:00

Minimum age: 4 years old

Capacity per instructor: 1 - 6 participants

Pricing per instructor

2 hours - 32,000 JPY
3 hours - 42,000 JPY
6 hours - 70,000 JPY
Premium full day - 90,000 JPY*
Extra hour - 16,000 JPY

Notes:

A Premium full day is a 6-hour lesson with an instructor that is able to provide extra support on and off the snow and flexible timings between 8:30-17:00 (resort lift dependent).

Lift tickets and rental are not included in the price and are to be prepared before the lesson start time.
INSURANCE: The price of the lesson does not include accident insurance. Please obtain travel insurance to cover snowsports and all participants. We recommend ALL lesson participants have travel insurance.

Access Information

The most convenient way to travel to NASPA is by Bullet Train. Regular services operate from Central Tokyo to Echigo-Yuzawa Station, taking less than 90 minutes. Free shuttle bus services run throughout the day from the station to NASPA.

If you are travelling by car, exit the highway at the Yuzawa I.C. (Kan-Etsu Exit 16), it is then only 2km to the free NASPA parking area.
